Calling all artists! We're excited to announce an oThe Edmonton Public Library is pleased to announce a Call for Art Submission on the theme of Roots & Routes.

Our lives take us on unexpected journeys—to new places, new people, new experiences.

What Routes have you travelled?            

Have change and turbulence left you feeling Rootless?

What is it like to uproot yourself and plant new Roots elsewhere?

EPL is seeking visual art for our community gallery spaces for exhibit in branches across the city. 

The Roots & Routes exhibit will run from September 15 to November 30, 2024.

We invite visual artists in the Greater Edmonton Area and Enoch Cree Nation to share a visual journey on Routes  travelled and Roots cherish.
