A new name, a fresh beginning!
We are thrilled to announce a remarkable transformation in our efforts to empower newcomer creative professionals across Alberta. The Immigrant Arts Mentorship Program (IAMP) is evolving into the Newcomer Arts Professional Program (NAPP).
The Unveiling of NAPP: After taking a year off the program to meticulously strategize and enhance the Immigrant Arts Mentorship Program (IAMP), we are excited to introduce the Newcomer Arts Professional Program (NAPP). This dynamic transformation aims to make the program more impactful than ever before, we listened to the feedback from the last 2 cohorts and the changes are reflective of the current professional arts landscape.
What’s New with NAPP?
For the first time, we proudly introduce the Newcomer Arts Professional Program (NAPP) as the reimagined Immigrant Arts Mentorship (IAMP).
This exciting development brings NAPP to Edmonton for the very first time, with 20 mentors and 20 participants split equally between Calgary and Edmonton.
Program Enhancements
We've revamped our professional development sessions, enriching them with more facilitators and valuable resources, ensuring that NAPP provides an even more enriching experience for newcomer creative professionals.
