We are beyond proud to announce that ICAI's Founder and Executive Director, Toyin Lafenwa Oladele, has been awarded the prestigious John Hobday Award in Arts Management for her outstanding contributions to the arts and her dedication to mentorship by the Canada Council of the Arts!

Toyin is a visionary leader dedicated to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion through the arts. She empowers minority communities, immigrants, and newcomers, using art as a powerful tool for social change and community building. Through her mentorship with Alex Sarian, President and CEO of Arts Commons, Toyin will further strengthen her leadership in artistic programming, cultural connections, and sustainable initiatives for newcomer and immigrant artists in Alberta.
